‘The Forest of Wembley’ brings 256 more BtR Homes and extensive new gardens to the recently delivered Phase 1 public realm.

As its name suggests, the Wembley Link project is conceived as a crossover between new developments around north London’s Wembley Central station and emerging ones in nearby Wembley Park. Wembley Link will provide 256 mixed-tenure units in two buildings, of 17 and 19 storeys.

Our early involvement resulted in efficiencies and cost savings, and in pre-planning we procured an enabling works package. Post-planning, we managed a two-stage tender process. Work is ongoing

Circle’s involvement with this project began at concept design stage. We worked with the design team to guide building efficiencies in line with the elemental budgets. Extensive studies of available mechanical and electrical solutions — including mechanical ventilation options — were undertaken, resulting in the adoption of a cost-effective acoustic facade panel.
We were appointed employer’s agent, quantity surveyor, clerk of works and quality managers – our thorough understanding of the project constraints and limitations helped shape the evolving cost plan and design.
The two-stage negotiated tender process resulted in a fixed-price design & build construction contract.
