As The Delamarre (Plot 202, Brent Cross) has reached practical completion, we’re proud to reflect on the significant progress made on this exciting residential development, which is a key part of the wider Brent Cross Town regeneration project. Designed by renowned architects Maccreanor Lavington and featuring interiors by Woods Bagot, The Delamarre is set to provide 170 high-quality, one, two, and three-bedroom apartments.
Unique design for modern living
One of the first buildings to rise in the Brent Cross Town area, The Delamarre stands out with its striking, C-shaped design and bay-fronted brick mansion block style. The building comprises seven storeys, carefully designed to offer both architectural integrity and modern sustainability. A reinforced concrete frame, concrete piled foundations, and high-quality brick finishes reflect the durability and attention to detail integral to this development. Double-glazed windows, painted metal balconies, and well-crafted precast concrete elements showcase the thoughtfulness in both aesthetics and functionality.
The design of the building places a strong emphasis on natural light, fresh air, and open spaces. Full-height windows and wrap-around terraces ensure that each apartment enjoys an abundance of daylight while offering sweeping views across various green spaces, including the central residents’ courtyard garden, Pocket Park, Claremont Park, and the playing fields beyond.
A key feature of The Delamarre is the landscaped courtyard garden, which acts as a serene, communal space for residents. The garden integrates both planted landscaping and hard landscaping finishes, creating an inviting environment. For residents on the ground floor, private terraces offer direct access to the garden, providing additional outdoor space to enjoy.
