Fusion Brent Cross is now complete marking a significant milestone for the wider Brent Cross Town regeneration and delivering an inspiring new home for over 600 students in North London.
Students have already begun moving into this design-led, purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA), which sits on Plot 25 of the 180-acre Brent Cross Town masterplan. Developed by Fusion Students in partnership with Cheyne Capital, and designed by architects Howells, the project was delivered by main contractor JJ Rhatigan.
Our role in delivering quality
We were proud to be appointed as Clerk of Works and Quality Inspectors for Fusion Brent Cross. From the early stages of construction through to final handover, our team was on site to uphold the highest standards of quality and compliance. This included regular inspections, detailed reporting, and close collaboration with the wider project team to ensure every element was delivered in line with specification and intent.
It has been a pleasure to support Fusion and the project partners in delivering a space that reflects their commitment to thoughtful, student-first design.
A vibrant new student community comes to life
Fusion Brent Cross offers 662 student rooms with a range of types and layouts, all built to promote wellbeing, academic focus, and social connection. Communal amenities include a dramatic tiered event space, cinema room, e-sports arena, gym, yoga studio, KTV karaoke room, and multiple wellness-focused areas. The development also includes two flexible commercial units at ground level.
It’s a pleasure to see the building come to life, not as a construction site, but as a thriving space filled with students settling into a new chapter.
