We are pleased to announce our appointment by Sunrise real estate on the redevelopment of Waxlow Road within the Park Royal industrial estate, acting as both Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveyor, with Tanro Ltd recently appointed as main contractor.

The scheme will deliver a new high quality terraced industrial development providing approximately100,000 sqft of modern Class B2 and B8 accommodation. Designed to respond to increasing occupier demand, the development will support local economic growth, enhance employment opportunities and contribute to the continued evolution of Park Royal as one of London’s most important Industrial and Logistics hubs.

Set within a complex and tightly constrained urban environment, the redevelopment involves the demolition of existing buildings and the delivery of a future focused logistics facility with direct access from Waxlow Road. The site is bounded by active railway infrastructure and neighbouring industrial uses, requiring careful coordination throughout the construction process.

Delivering clarity, control and long term value

As Employer’s Agent, we are responsible for contract administration, managing compliance with the Employer’s Requirements and coordinating delivery across all stakeholders. In our role as Quantity Surveyor, we are providing cost planning, value management and ongoing commercial reporting to ensure the project meets its critical dimensions, programme and value objectives.

The development will incorporate modern warehouse accommodation with integrated office and mezzanine space, alongside improved landscaping, urban greening and an enhanced street frontage. Sustainability is a core consideration, with the scheme targeting high standards of energy efficiency and environmental performance to support long term investment value.
