We are pleased to announce the Gateway Two submission for J Group’s Clarendon Road Co-Living Development in Wood Green.
Working with PRP as architect, Bellamy Wallace Partnership (BWP) as structural and civil engineer, Cudd Bentley as MEP consultant and HG Construction as contractor, we are supporting the project as Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor and Employer’s Agent, helping to coordinate the project team through this significant Building Safety Act gateway.
The mixed-use development will deliver 222 purpose-built co-living homes alongside affordable workspace and a range of shared amenities that encourage community, wellbeing and flexible urban living. The development is the first co-living scheme to receive planning approval from the London Borough of Haringey, representing an important milestone for the borough while supporting the ongoing regeneration of the Clarendon Road corridor.

Our role spans project management, quantity surveying and Employer’s Agent services, providing an integrated approach throughout pre-construction and delivery. We lead project coordination, programme management, commercial oversight, design management, project controls and contract administration, ensuring the project continues to progress with clear governance and effective collaboration between all stakeholders.
Gateway Two is a significant stage within the Building Safety Act approval process and requires extensive technical coordination, design assurance and comprehensive information management. Successfully reaching this milestone reflects the collaborative commitment of the entire project team and provides a strong foundation for the next phase of delivery.
Clarendon Road also presents several technical challenges, including a constrained urban site, neighbouring Network Rail infrastructure and complex logistics that require careful planning and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
