We’re excited to announce that we have been appointed as Quantity Surveyors and Carbon Managers for a significant new development at Elephant & Castle.
Our team is partnering with Developer Hub and investment firm H.I.G., who secured the 1.2-acre plot at Lendlease’s Elephant Park masterplan. As one of the last undeveloped sites in Zone 1, this bold project marks a major step in London’s urban evolution and is set to reshape London’s southern gateway.
A collaborative vision
We’re collaborating closely with AHMM Architects and Robert Bird Group Structural Engineers to deliver a development that meets both technical and community-focused goals.
Our role as Quantity Surveyors and Carbon Managers is to ensure the project stays on budget, delivers high quality, cost-efficiency, and incorporates sustainable design practices. We’re currently holding Design Team Meetings (DTMs) to refine the design in preparation for the planning application. These meetings are key in ensuring all aspects of the design are fully integrated and aligned with the overall vision for the project. Our role is to manage and track the financial implications of the design while controlling costs and highlighting key embodied carbon opportunities as the team refines and develops the design in preparation for a detailed planning application.

Looking ahead, we are focused on preparing the project for planning application, where we will refine the design, establish the project’s construction programme, and finalise the overall budget for the next stages. Our team will continue to provide support and insight, ensuring the successful progression of this bold and transformative scheme. As the project moves forward, we will continue to work closely with AHMM Architects, Robert Bird Group, and the wider project team to deliver a landmark development that will contribute significantly to the growth and vibrancy of Elephant & Castle.
