Construction is progressing on site at Great Dunmow, where Circle Development is acting as Technical Advisor and Fund Monitor for client Long Harbour, working alongside development partner Dandara Eastern Limited.
Great Dunmow ia a carefully considered residential development with Long Harbour securing 65 high quality Single Family Homes, in one of West Essex’s most established and well connected market towns, in Uttlesford. The scheme responds to growing local housing demand while reinforcing the area’s strong sense of place, community identity and long term appeal.
Construction commenced on site in December and works are progressing well. Groundworks are underway, with infrastructure installation, access roads and deep drainage currently in progress. These early construction activities establish the foundations for a durable residential neighbourhood designed to support long term living and investment.
