We are pleased to announce that One Maidenhead has achieved practical completion in all four handover sections, approximately 6 months ahead of programme.
One Maidenhead, historically known as The Landing, is a transformative development that has reshaped both the skyline and the surrounding area. This project has delivered 429 new energy efficient homes, alongside offices, retail, and leisure spaces, contributing to the growth and vibrancy of Maidenhead.
We are proud to have been a part of the successful transformation of the previously under-utilised area of the town centre. We navigated a complex design and build contract aligning the requirement of the forward funding agreement and drafted detailed handover mechanisms to derisk the phased handover and operation of the 429 apartments over four separate blocks.
