We’re excited to share that super-structure erection has begun at 43 Brook Green, a significant step in the redevelopment of this historic EMI Headquarters.

Central to the redevelopment is the removal of the previous top floor and addition of a complex two storey extension on top of the original structure, which will provide expansive, light-filled office environments with panoramic views of London. Designed with wellbeing and biodiversity in mind the construction will supply additional floor space through enlarged floor plates and stepped landscaped wraparound terraces, along with a three storey rear extension to host greenspace and landscaped green roofs to every floor.

This newly installed frame will support 50% of the new office space and will continue with a two-storey extension to the roof, adding more office space and the high-spec pavilion.

43 Brook Green combines sustainability with cutting-edge design, located in West London. The 120,000 sqft Grade A office project will retain the building’s iconic façade, preserving the character of a 1930s landmark while creating high-quality office environments.

We look forward to celebrating further progress of this unique and undeniable characterful building as we progress towards completion in early 2025.
