One Maidenhead has been named a finalist for the prestigious Construction News Awards 2025, shortlisted in the ‘Community Engagement Project of the Year’ category. This recognition highlights the project’s exceptional commitment to making a meaningful and lasting impact on the local community.
Setting a new standard for socially responsible construction, One Maidenhead has actively engaged with local charities, schools, and organisations—raising over £30,000 in support of community initiatives. But the project’s influence goes far beyond financial contributions. By fostering relationships with local stakeholders and engaging young people throughout the process, the development has inspired positive change and industry-wide conversations around community-first development.
More than just a construction project, One Maidenhead is a key part of the town’s regeneration. The development will deliver 429 new homes and 36,000 sq ft of ground-floor space dedicated to retail, office, and leisure—breathing new life into the area and helping shape a vibrant, connected future for Maidenhead.
This transformative project is a collaboration between HUB, Get Living, and JJ Rhatigan, and ourselves appointed as Quantity Surveyor, Employer’s Agent, Clerk of Works and Quality Managers. We are proud to work together in building a dynamic new destination that puts people and community at its heart.
