We’re proud to announce the successful completion of the final super-structure installation for this stunning home in Marlow. Standing at 9 meters high, the frame is now fully in place, and the scale of this two-story property is truly starting to come to life.
With the structure now secured, the next step is to install the roof and ensure the building is sealed and weather-tight. Our partners, Proma Construction Management Limited and Brockwell Ltd, are working closely with us to keep the project on track as we move toward completion.
This bespoke property is being built with the highest attention to detail and craftsmanship, reflecting our commitment to quality and precision at every stage. The project
Idyllically located within the Chiltern Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB), surrounded by stunning rolling countryside, Moorewood Glade is a Private Estate situated in the peace and tranquility of the very best of the British countryside, yet within easy reach of London.
The estate comprises of five substantial new build family houses spanning 60 acres. Each plot within the estate, ranges from 1-5 acres offering an unrivalled blend of luxury and natural surroundings.
Each home has been individually designed but architecturally harmonised with a modern barn-style aesthetic, with large open plan living and vast ceiling heights of up to 6m to make the most of the south facing aspect and benefiting from great natural light all day long, with views into the surrounding woods. The properties have been designed to very strict environmental credentials to ensure that their impact on the environment is minimised, whilst significantly reducing the overall built footprint of the existing site.
Circle was appointed Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager, tendering and procuring the demolition and site clearance works complete in 2023. Since the completion of the site clearance, Circle have tendered and procured the design and construction of the houses, under separate build contracts working closely with both Brockwell and the individual plot purchasers.
