Circle is pleased to share the Gateway 2 submission for Plot 23 at Brent Cross Town, alongside the continued strengthening of our relationship with McAleer & Rushe as the project progress towards contract execution.
Working closely with our client, Halcyon Development Partners, the milestone represents a significant step forward for one of London’s most ambitious co-living developments and reflects the collaborative approach across the wider consultant, contractor and client team.
Located within Related Argent’s Brent Cross Town masterplan, Plot 23 will deliver 352 co-living units alongside shared amenities, landscaped outdoor spaces and community focused facilities. The development is backed by DTZ Investors and will be operated under the Folk Co-living brand.
The Gateway 2 submission reflects a highly collaborative effort across the project team, with McAleer & Rushe leading the overall coordination process as main contractor.
Working closely alongside Halcyon Development Partners, Assael Architecture, Ramboll and Applied Energy, the team has carefully navigated the complex regulatory, technical and design requirements required to reach this significant milestone.
Circle has played a key role in managing the Pre-Construction Services Agreement process and supporting the progression of contract execution, helping maintain alignment across the wider consultant and client team throughout the Gateway 2 submission process. Rupert led the process on behalf of Circle, working in close collaboration with McAleer & Rushe and the wider project team to help drive the scheme through this important pre-construction stage.
Delivering the first co-living scheme at Brent Cross Town
Plot 23 will become the first co-living development delivered within Brent Cross Town, contributing to the wider vision for a connected and mixed-use neighbourhood in north London.
Located close to Merchant Street, Neighbourhood Square and Brent Cross West station, the scheme has been designed to create a best-in-class residential experience with strong links to transport, public realm and community infrastructure.
The development forms part of Brent Cross Town’s evolving multi-generational neighbourhood, bringing together a mix of housing typologies and shared spaces designed to support long-term community growth.
