
As we reflect on the past year, it is clear that 2024 has been a year of both completion and growth for Circle. This year has been marked by significant milestones, both in terms of project delivery and the expansion of our talented team. With over 1,500 residential apartments, close to 1,000 PBSA units and 500,000sqf of office successfully completed and handed over, and over 20 projects set to start on site, our pipeline continues to grow. Additionally, we’ve forged lasting relationships with 10 new clients, reinforcing our position as a trusted partner in the construction development industry.

At Circle, we pride ourselves on cultivating internal talent, promoting from within, and ensuring that our team’s growth aligns with the company’s vision. At Circle, we place a strong emphasis on nurturing talent within our team. This year, we have celebrated the achievements of several individuals who have demonstrated exceptional skill, commitment, and leadership, earning well-deserved promotions.
We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Oliver to Senior Quantity Surveyor. Oliver joined us in 2023 as Quantity Surveyor, and in the time since, his contributions have been instrumental to the growth and success of our projects. His dedication to excellence and his expertise in managing complex budgets and financial oversight make him an invaluable member of the Circle team.
Oliver has become an integral part of the Quantity Surveying and Employer’s Agent team at Circle. Having achieved his MRICS membership in 2024 his promotion to Senior Quantity Surveyor is a testament to his hard work, dedication, and expertise. I am excited to continue working alongside Oliver on projects in his new role.”

We are also excited to announce the promotion of Dillon to Associate Director. Dillon’s journey with Circle is a testament to the power of career development. He joined us through the Circle Apprentice Program while completing his final year of university. Initially working part-time, Dillon quickly became an integral part of the team. His commitment to professional development saw him join Circle’s APC Chartership Program, and within just 18 months, he had earned his RICS accreditation. Dillon’s rapid progression and mentoring skills exemplify the kind of growth we strive to foster at Circle.

These prestigious qualifications are not easily earned, and their success is a direct result of their precision, dedication, and pursuit of technical expertise. These accomplishments are a reflection of our values, particularly our commitment to precision and technical know-how. As we continue to evolve, we are excited to support six more team members in achieving their RICS accreditation in 2025. This growth ensures that we are well-equipped to navigate the challenges and opportunities of the future, particularly as we continue to embrace cutting-edge technologies in a rapidly evolving industry.

As Circle continues to grow, so does our team. In 2024, we welcomed a number of new experts to the Circle family, contributing to our expanding service offering and enabling us to realise our clients’ visions more effectively. Our team has grown by an impressive 30% this year, with exciting announcements coming in Q1 25 as we expand our senior management team. Reflecting the increasing demand for our services and the success of our expanding project portfolio.
We are pleased to have welcomed Adam, Alex H, Alex F, Cameron, Charlie, Florence, George, Harry, Jack, Josh and Richard to our team. Their diverse experiences and expertise have already proven invaluable.Their fresh perspectives and commitment to excellence are helping to elevate our service offering and contribute to our reputation as a leader in the industry. It has been a pleasure getting to know them both personally and professionally, and we look forward to the many successes we will achieve together.

With numerous projects set to start on-site and a strong pipeline ahead, we are committed to maintaining the high standards of service that our clients expect from us, while navigating the latest regulations and industry trends, namely the Building Safety Act and more recently the release of BS9991:2024. Above all, we remain focused on preserving and enhancing the unique culture at Circle, ensuring that as we grow, we continue to foster a collaborative, innovative, and supportive environment for our team.
In 2025, we are determined to continue delivering projects that push the boundaries of design, sustainability, and quality. We will focus on maintaining our high service levels, adapting to the evolving needs of the construction industry, and growing together as a team. As we celebrate the successes of 2024, we are filled with optimism for what lies ahead and look forward to more shared achievements in the coming year … and a few Gateway 2 approvals!
