We are thrilled to announce that we have been appointed as the Clerk of Works and Quality Manager for Fusion at Brent Cross Town, a landmark student accommodation development in North London
In our role, we will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality throughout the construction process, ensuring that every phase of the build meets the project’s specifications, regulations, and design intent. Our focus on quality, attention to detail, and on-site presence will be key to delivering this exciting development on time and to the highest standards.
Premier Student Accommodation Experience
Fusion at Brent Cross Town will deliver 662 private student rooms within the expansive 180-acre Brent Cross Town regeneration. Designed by Glenn Howells Architects, the building will consist of three interconnected blocks, ranging from nine to 22 storeys. It will be one of the first buildings to complete within this new, dynamic urban space, offering students an exceptional living environment.
The development’s amenities are designed to foster community, well-being, and academic success. Students will have access to a variety of spaces including a multi-purpose tiered event space, a fully equipped gym, yoga and wellness studios, a basketball court, and an external terrace. The building will also feature a cinema room, an e-sports arena, a KTV karaoke room, and social lounges, as well as private study rooms and group study lounges to support both individual focus and collaborative learning.

As construction progresses, our commitment to quality management and oversight will ensure that Fusion at Brent Cross Town meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and design.
