Working across multiple developments and delivery programmes, our teams have supported the completion and handover of homes at Beeston Canalside, Newhall, Weavers Fields, Snelsmoor Grange and Mowbray Village. Five developments, 73 successful handovers
Across our BTR Single-Family Housing portfolio, we have supported the successful handover of 73 homes across five developments in just two weeks. Working alongside our clients and their delivery partners, our teams continue to coordinate multiple phased programmes, maintaining consistent quality and supporting efficient handovers across the UK.
- Beeston Canalside, Nottinghamshire: 36 homes handed over in Phase 1 of 4. Developed by Keepmoat, the scheme forms part of a growing residential community.
- Newhall, Essex: 12 homes handed over in Phase 4 of 14. Delivered in partnership with Vistry Group, the wider scheme comprises 105 homes within the Newhall Masterplan in Harlow.
- Weavers Fields, Northamptonshire: 6 homes handed over in Phase 1 of 5. Constructed by Bellway Homes, the development will deliver 81 standalone three and four-bedroom homes.
- Snelsmoor Grange, Derbyshire: 9 homes handed over in Phase 4 of 6. 9 homes handed over in Phase 4 of 6. Constructed by Bellway Homes.
- Mowbray Village, West Sussex: 10 homes handed over in Phase 1 of 14. Delivered by Dandara Eastern Limited, the 193-home development forms part of a wider masterplan.
