We’re excited to share major progress on Latitude Blue, the second phase of HUB’s landmark development in Leeds. The topping out of the concrete frame for two stunning tower blocks marks a significant milestone in the creation of what will be some of the tallest buildings in the city. With 488 residential units across a 30-storey and 25-storey tower, Latitude Blue is set to redefine the Leeds skyline.
Located on the former Doncaster Monkbridge Iron and Steelworks site, Latitude Blue (also known as Leeds II) is part of a broader regeneration effort in the area. When complete, it will bring the total number of apartments under Circle management on this site to 951, alongside new public spaces, retail options, and a connection to the city centre via the ‘Holbeck Viaduct Project’;—a landscaped walkway that will enhance the area’s accessibility.
A big thank you to RG Group, whose expertise as main contractor is helping keep the project on track for its expected completion in Autumn 2025. Latitude Blue will feature extensive amenities, including a rooftop lounge and landscaped podium gardens with car and cycle parking.
