Construction is progressing well at Newhall, with the first homes now weathertight, signalling a significant step forward on this Single Family Housing development in West Essex.
We are working closely with Long Harbour, as client and funder, and Vistry Group, as delivery partner, to support the successful delivery of the scheme as part of the wider Newhall Masterplan in Harlow. Our role as Technical Advisor and Fund Monitor, enables us to provide joined up commercial, technical and delivery oversight as the project advances on site.
This latest milestone reflects the collaborative approach across the project team and provides a strong platform for the next phases of construction as the development moves towards its first completions.
