The super structure installation has officially commenced, signalling a key phase in the construction of three modern industrial buildings designed to meet the growing demand for high-quality logistics space in the Battersea area.
This development is set to provide a blend of functionality, sustainability, and modern design, ensuring it will serve as a flexible, long-term solution for businesses in the region.
Multilevel logistic space
The Culvert Court project will provide 36,500 sqft of multilevel logistics space suitable for Class E and B8 use. The development includes three industrial buildings, with unit sizes ranging from 2,150 sqft to 5,860 sqft, spread across ground, first, and second floors.
Building One will offer a total of 13,340 sqft of space, contributing to the overall flexibility of the project. This multi-storey design ensures adaptability, allowing tenants to adjust the space according to their specific operational needs. Designed with durable steel structures, the development focuses on long-term sustainability, utilising the latest construction techniques to optimise both efficiency and functionality.

As the project progresses, we will continue to monitor the installation of the framework and move forward with the subsequent stages of construction. Our role at Circle includes on-site quality management, with our team acting as Clerk of Works throughout the entire process, ensuring that all aspects of the build meet our rigorous standards.
