Gateway 2 approval secured for the Level 09 amenity spaces at The Draper, Beaufort Park, allowing for the next phase of Long Harbour’s resident amenity offer to progress towards construction.
We are providing Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveying services for Long Harbour, continuing our work alongside fit-out contractor Tekne and the same project team responsible for the recently completed ground floor amenity spaces at The Draper.
Supporting The Draper through Gateway 2
The Gateway 2 approval covers a further 200m² of resident amenity space at Level 09, including a lounge, co-working areas and private dining space with a kitchen. The new facilities will extend and complement the ground floor amenity offer, which reached practical completion in May 2026 which included co-working areas, residents’ lounges, private dining facilities, a gym and external terraces. Together, the spaces will broaden the amenity experience available to residents, creating more opportunities to work, relax, dine and connect within The Draper and supporting the wider residential community at Beaufort Park in Colindale.
