What expertise and background do you bring to the table?
I started my career through an apprenticeship with a civil engineering contractor before progressing through several main contractor roles. I have experience across cost planning, post contract cost management, cost analysis, procurement and cost reporting. My background is primarily within the prime and super prime residential refurbishment sector, where I have developed strong commercial and financial management skills across a range of complex projects.
Can you outline the responsibilities of your role?
My role spans the full project lifecycle, from providing pre contract cost advice during the early design stages through to the commercial and contractual management of projects on site. I prepare detailed cost plans to give clients confidence in their budgets, and as projects progress, I oversee valuations, change control and cost reporting to help ensure successful financial outcomes.
What excites you about joining Circle, and what are your goals for the future?
Joining Circle gave me the opportunity to move to the client side, which has brought a fresh perspective and new challenges that I have really enjoyed. Being part of a growing business with ambitious people and a clear focus on career development makes me excited for what the future holds.

What brings you joy outside of work?
Outside of work, I enjoy football and travelling. I am a passionate Southampton FC supporter and season ticket holder, so I spend many weekends travelling around the country following the team. I also enjoy visiting new countries, experiencing different cultures and making the most of opportunities to explore somewhere new. Whenever I can, I head back home to spend time with family and friends, often getting out on the quad bikes in the countryside.
