Project Manager

What expertise and background do you bring to the table?
After over 4 years working in architecture, I have led the delivery of high-end residential homes across multiple projects for private clients. I have gained hands-on construction knowledge and an awareness of delivering complex homes, whilst building strong relationships with clients to ensure their aspirations were met.
My experience covers all RIBA Stages, from working on residential and co-living schemes during the early stages of my career, to naturally progressing towards project delivery for award-winning architecture firms before joining the Project Management team at Circle.
As Project Manager, I am responsible for guiding construction projects from initial concept through to completion on behalf of the client. In the early stages, we work closely with clients to understand the brief, assess feasibility, and identify risks and opportunities.
From there, we appoint and manage a team of consultants and lead the design development process. We oversee procurement, manage the tender process, and ensure the most suitable contractor is appointed.
During the construction phase, I take on the role of Employer’s Agent, serving as the main point of contact between the client, contractor, and wider project team. I am responsible for managing budget, programme, quality, and change control, while ensuring effective communication and stakeholder management. My objective is to deliver the project efficiently, making sure it is completed on time, on budget, and to the required standard.
What excites you about joining Circle, and what are your goals for the future?
I am most excited about the shared goals evident at Circle and the ambition carried across all projects. It is great to be part of a young company where individuality and culture are at its core, with clear values and company direction. I am also looking forward to being part of a company with an emphasis on learning and encouraged professional development.
What brings you joy outside of work?
Outside of work, I enjoy socialising and staying active, whilst making time to enjoy cooking. When not in London, I can be found cutting logs for my parents at our home in Pembrokeshire.
