Assistant Project Manager

What expertise and background do you bring to the table?
My background in project management is rooted in client-side consultancy, which has equipped me with the skills essential to effective project delivery. The majority of my project management experience has been within the hospitality sector, particularly hotels, as well as student accommodation, and these are the areas in which my technical and operational expertise is strongest. In addition, I have extensive experience in snagging and functionality testing, making quality control a key strength of mine, alongside clear and effective client communication.
My role comprises a combination of pre- and post-contract responsibilities, with a primary focus on supporting the Project Management team in the day-to-day delivery of key projects. On a weekly basis, this typically includes budget tracking and management, programme preparation and updates, coordinating site attendance and progress meetings, and supporting procurement activities. As an Assistant Project Manager, I work across a broad range of projects, enabling me to develop a well-rounded skillset across all core aspects of project management.
What excites you about joining Circle, and what are your goals for the future?
Since joining the business in November 2025, I have seen first-hand the growth and ambition of Circle, which strongly aligns with my own professional aspirations. I am keen to be part of a progressive organisation where culture and personality are evident from day one. In addition, Circle’s commitment to employee development aligns closely with myself, as it allows me to focus on structured personal and professional growth within the company.
What is your favourite project?
My favourite project to date has been 1 Barton Street, a refurbishment project for Westminster School involving the conversion of a residential property into a school day house. Although my involvement has been relatively recent, I have found the first phase of works particularly rewarding. The project has been highly beneficial to my development as a Project Manager, particularly in strengthening my experience in consultant procurement, where I have made meaningful progress in supporting consultant appointments.
What brings you joy outside of work?
Outside of work, my main interest is sport. From Golf to Rugby I love playing and spectating. I try to remain as active as possible, having previously played Rugby to an academy level it is something I am very passionate about and I hope to be able to play until my boots wear out. In addition, I enjoy travelling when opportunities allow and have a strong interest in photography, which I have studied previously and continue to pursue.
