Employer’s Agent
What expertise and background do you bring to the table?
I have a holistic skillset that covers the real estate and construction industries. I graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a First-Class Honours Degree in Real Estate Management. Following my graduation, I moved to Vancouver, Canada, where I advised financial institutions on the viability and risks of development projects. This involved everything from initial budget reviews to construction phase monitoring services.
I am also a RICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor with extensive experience representing clients as an Employer’s Agent in the UK residential market. I’ve been involved in delivering high-value Build-to-Rent and PBSA schemes. I have a deep understanding of the mechanics of institutionally backed forward-funded construction models and have successfully guided pre-contract negotiations.

Can you outline the responsibilities of your role?
I represent developers and funders at all stages of the development cycle. I take the lead on projects and serve as a conduit for information exchange, as well as a point of leadership for project teams.
Describe your experiences and growth at Circle?
My career initially intersected with Circle’s founders while working in previous roles, and I officially joined Circle in 2021 as an Employer’s Agent.
What is your favourite project?
It’s a challenge to pick a favourite among our projects because each one brings something unique to the table, and that’s what makes our work so rewarding. However, the way we focus on sustainability across the board really stands out. We’re committed to reducing our carbon footprint and embracing circularity in every endeavour.
What brings you joy outside of work?
I’m an avid trail runner and have competed in several Ultra Marathons. I’m a big rugby fan, and it’s impossible to hold a conversation with me when England Rugby is on TV. I also play golf, though not particularly well, and I love spending time in the mountains snowboarding. I’m at my happiest when I’m holding a pint of Doom Bar and belting out some Cornish Sea Shanties.
